My Story

Having grown up on a tobacco farm and working with my hands throughout my teenage years and college I have been no stranger to hard work.

About Property Minders After college I found myself working in the Information Technology field for 15+ years. Recently my wife began running a horse boarding facility, which drew me back into the farm life and working with my hands.

Looking after the property triggered dreams of doing work outdoors and working with my hands more.
Wanting to offer more than just property maintenance, I saw a need for home check services from my own trips and vacations. Thus Property Minders was started in 2018 and incorporated in 2019.
